I envision a future where love blooms and humanity undergoes a profound shift in consciousness. Towards this I share insights on how our forgotten language of touch powers our personal growth, opens our hearts and helps humanity achieve critical mass of love.
Even as a child I knew the power of love. And of touch, and how they both go together. And promised myself that when I grow up I won’t become like the adults.
So when I found the opportunity, I switched careers from engineering to massage just to get involved in touch studies. And switched continents too, leaving Greece about to descend into recession, for California just recovering from one.
I landed my family in the picturesque Ojai valley, known for its spirituality and spas, and enrolled our son at a progressive pre-school founded by my favorite philosopher from my teenage years, J. Krishnamurti, who had lived there amongst the fragrant orange groves.
Next, thirsty for learning I booked courses at the renowned Esalen Institute in Big Sur and spent mind-blowing months soaking in hot springs, California culture and Gestalt, while practicing kind, loving, healing touch in the form of therapeutic massage. Best of all was practice at the baths, amongst sounds of didgeridoo, humming and singing bathers and crashing waves. The warm, humid, softly lit chambers were mystical and felt like a thousand years old, in ceremony.
I practice and teach touch as a heart-opening journey of personal and community growth that gives us the opportunity to embody kindness, presence and love, with respectful boundaries, physical dexterity and skillful movement.
I offer workshops in Greece and California, and facilitate Council circles, with offerings in RegenWeek ‘24, Mexico and Ojai.

Οραματίζομαι ένα μέλλον όπου η αγάπη ανθίζει και η ανθρωπότητα βιώνει μια βαθιά μεταμόρφωση συνείδησης. Και μοιράζομαι το πώς η ξεχασμένη μας γλώσσα της φυσικής επαφής ενισχύει την προσωπική μας ανάπτυξη, ανοίγει τις καρδιές μας και βοηθάει την ανθρωπότητα να επιτύχει κρίσιμη μάζα αγάπης.
Η φιλοσοφία είναι υποτιμημένη ως εργαλείο για την καθημερινή μας ζωή – οι ιδέες οικοδομούν τον κόσμο μας. Ανακάλυψα τον αγαπημένο μου φιλόσοφο-στοχαστή, τον Τζ. Κρισναμούρτι, στο λύκειο – γνωριμία που με οδήγησε σε μονοπάτι ελευθερίας και επίγνωσης.
Μετά μια δεκαετή καριέρα ως μηχανικός, μετακόμισα την οικογένεια μου από την Ελλάδα στο Ojai της Καλιφόρνια, εμπνευσμένος να γραφτεί ο γιος μας σε ένα προοδευτικό σχολείο που ίδρυσε ο Κρισναμούρτι, και ξεκίνησα σωματικές σπουδές στο φημισμένο Ινστιτούτο Esalen.
Ως παιδί γνώριζα την αξία της αγάπης και της φυσικής επαφής, τα εκτιμούσα βαθύτατα, και αργότερα στη ζωή μου ενστικτωδώς με τράβηξαν σχετικές σπουδές.
Τώρα ασκώ και διδάσκω τη φυσική επαφή ως ταξίδι προσωπικής ανάπτυξης που ανοίγει την καρδιά, και μας δίνει την ευκαιρία να ενσαρκώσουμε καλοσύνη, παρουσία και αγάπη, με επιδεξιότητα στην αφή και τη κίνηση, και με σεβασμό στα προσωπικά όρια.
Διδάσκω στην Ελλάδα και την Καλιφόρνια, και προσφέρω κύκλους Council, με παρουσία στο RegenWeek ‘24, στο Μεξικό, και στο Ojai.
